Meeting Minutes

December 20, 2009

I. Call to order

President Jerry Hulshult called to order the meeting of the Coventry Owners Association, Inc. at 3:08 p.m. on December 20, 2009 at Treasurer, Laurie Capece’s home.

II. Attendance

President Jerry Hulshult, Vice President Dan Ignarski, Treasurer Laurie Capece, Secretary Gina Parson, Member at Large, Linda Segal, were all present.

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting

A motion was made by Capece to forego the reading of the minutes from the last meeting. Ignarski seconded. The motion was approved.

IV. New business

a) Concerns were voiced by a couple neighbors about the directory being on the website and containing both public and private information. Ignarski removed the directory immediately and will repost only public information including address and listed phone numbers. Residents can always opt out if they choose.

b) Preparations are underway for the Annual Meeting in January. Light refreshments will again be served. The Board is awaiting confirmation for use of the Watson building. Hulshult proposed to lower next year’s dues to $160.

V. Adjournment

Capece moved to adjourn the meeting at 3:51 p.m. Segal seconded and the motion was approved.
