Board Meeting

Tuesday, December 27, 2011

I. Call to order

President Dan Ignarski called to order the meeting of the Coventry Owners Association, Inc. at 7:30 p.m. at Gina Parson’s home.

II. Roll call

The following persons were present:

Dan Ignarski, President

Laurie Capece, Treasurer

Gina Parson, Secretary

Bonnie Watson, Kathryn Garrow, and Marie Hartnett, Members at Large

III. Open issues

a) Annual meeting preparation was discussed. The meeting will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Watson Realty. Notices will be mailed out on December 29, 2011.

b) Board discussed who will/will not return to serve on Board. Will approach residents as we collect proxies.

c) Ignarski has made repeated attempts to contact electrician about issues with the front entrance lighting. Board approved looking for new electrician and acquiring estimates for work to be done.

d) Capece will contact Lake Doctors to check on front fountain that seems to have moved.

e) Board discussed getting bids for new landscaping service.

IV. Adjournment

Ignarski adjourned the meeting at 8:25 p.m.
