Coventry Owners Meeting

April 15, 2014

8:00 p.m.

I. Call to Order

President Gerry Geddings called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m.

II. Attendance

Gerry Geddings, Laurie Capece, Gina Parson, Todd King, Jerry Hulshult, Crista Gomer were in attendance.

III. New Business

a. Board members are now required to attend certification classes. Geddings highly encouraged the remainder of the board members to attend this free seminar.

b. A motion was made to create a monthly schedule for proposed meetings and it was seconded and passed. The schedule will be forthcoming.

c. A motion was made for a goal to publish a neighborhood newsletter 3 times a year. Suggestions were made to have one in the Spring, Fall, and Winter. The motion was seconded and passed.

IV. Old Business

a. Electricity at the the front entrance continues to be a nuisance. Geddings will continue to repair as necessary.

b. Landscaping the front entrance is in the development stages as a landscape plan will be sought.

V. Adjournment

A motion was made for the meeting to adjourn at 9:27 p.m. The motion was seconded and passed.
