Board Meeting Minutes

September 18, 2013

7:30 p.m.

HOA members present: Laurie, Marie, Kathy, Todd, Gina, Bonnie, Howard, Gina

Call to Order: 7:32 p.m.

Open Business:

A.)I didn’t send out a letter to the neighborhood. Revise letter to send it Fall. Add covenants addressing structures and landscaping. Trees trimming, yard waste, gutters. Luminary chair.

Rear pond will continue to maintained by HOA.

New Business:

A.) Architectural Requests

Request for sheds

Remove “guidelines” from website

B.) Motion to approve shed. Board Approved.

C.) Motion to approve fencing request. Board Approved.

D.) Capece made a motion to approve submitting Architectural Change Request form. Motion was seconded and approved.

E.) Hulshult made a motion to have the Board review Covenants and Guidelines to address questions.

F.) Tree is dead up front.

G.) Hulshult reminded us about Sunshine Laws and archiving them.

H.) Capece discussed luminaries. Need volunteers to carry on the tradition.

Tentative meeting on November 13^th.
