Coventry Board Meeting

Members in Attendance

· Todd King, Gerry Geddings, Laurie Capece, Crista Gomer, Bonnie, Gina Parson

A motion was made to begin the meeting at 7:03 p.m. at Gerry Geddings’ home.

Old Business

· Five homes have still not paid 2016 dues.

· Dues for 2017 will remain $150

· A tentative date for the Annual Meeting is January 29^th, but a location has not been secured. Laurie and Todd will be calling around for a location.

· Inquiries have been made regarding a block party and a line item will be placed in the budget in the event that one is planned.

· Our electrical problems at the front entrance continue, but are being worked on and facilitated by board members.

· Decorating for the front entrance will take place this Friday evening and possibly Saturday morning.

New Business

· Some complaints have come in regarding lack of upkeep in some yards, as well as issues with parking boats/trailers in driveways, both of which are violations of covenants. The board discussed coming up with updated versions of violation letters.

· The board will discuss placing more flowers near the sign at the front entrance with our landscaping company.

· Luminaries will be put together and delivered on Saturday, December 23^rd at 9:00 a.m.

· Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 18^th at Laurie Capece’s home.

· A motion was made, and seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 8:17 p.m.
